Chocobo Racing
Another game, Chocobo Racing, has Squall as an unlockable character. To obtain him, you must beat the Story Mode twice, then beat Squall in the Challenger Race. Once you obtain him, you can unlock other random things, like an airship or Cacutar. In the game, he drives a car called "The Tempest". It even has an ability, Gunblade There's also FFVIII related racing locations to choose from, such has Balamb Garden and Deling City. Other charcters, like Cloud (FFVII) and Aya (Parasite Eve), are there as well.
Itadaki Street Special
Itadaki Street Special was created a while back by Enix, before Squaresoft merged with them. This rendition includes characters from past Final Fantasies and also some from Dragon Quest. Among some of the playable characters is Squall Leonhart and Rinoa Heartily. The game is sort of like a board game, and the player tries to win money in hopes of opening a store and reaching a specific sales target. Details of a North American release are still unknown.
Parasite Eve 2
Aya Brea's ultimate weapon in the game is Squall's Gunblade. It's a secret weapon, apparently.
